Returns Policy

New or Used Products
To be qualified for a return or exchange, any new or used items must fulfill the following requirements:
Return shipping of any product must be completed within 14 days of the original delivery date.
To get a complete refund, the new product or products must be in their original, unused, brand-new condition.
Defective Products
Unless the goods was received malfunctioning at the time of delivery, customers are responsible for covering all shipping charges related to a defective product return. The consumer bears the expense of return shipping otherwise.
Damaged / Missing Items
Anything missing or damaged from a purchase has to be reported within 72 hours after delivery. Warranty coverage for any glass product, including components and accessories, is not available unless the goods arrives broken. Kindly get in touch with us and we will handle the problem right away.
Return Instructions
Every return package has to be handled by getting in touch with Customer Service. This will guarantee correct processing of your return. Unnoticed materials supplied to us are not our responsibility. We have the right to refuse or reject any return and to ask for more information as a prerequisite.
Returned with the item must be all attachments and product component parts. Should inspection reveal that the returned equipment is functioning as it should, we will have to ship the identical unit back at the customer’s expense. Purchaser acknowledges and consents to bear all shipping charges related to returning the item or items. This covers the non-reimbursement of any accelerated shipping services chosen at purchase. Since we accept no responsibility for any product(s) lost or damaged in transit, we highly advise you to insure your delivery. Once it arrives at our facilities, please give your return processing two weeks.
Order Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, please get in touch with us right away. If the item hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will do our best to comply. Should the order have been dispatched already, you are required to complete the previously mentioned standard return process.
